Others Oriented LLC operates this website to describe services, projects, digital offerings, and related business activities. This policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and how privacy choices are handled.

Information collected
Information may include form submissions, pseudonymous studio-line conversation history, email correspondence, billing-related records provided through Stripe, analytics data you consent to share, and technical information necessary to keep the site operating securely.
After analytics consent, the site may send the studio owner one engagement alert when a browser has remained active and visible for 90 seconds. The alert can include the current page, broad device category, time on site, and coarse city, region, or country supplied by the hosting edge. This feature does not retain the visitor's raw IP address in application records.
The contact form currently requests name, email address, company or organization, inquiry type, budget range, and your message so JD can respond appropriately.
The homepage project-interest form requests an email address and optionally a short project note. It is used only to follow up about possible project work and is not a general mailing-list signup.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, deliver purchased goods or services, manage billing, improve the website, maintain records, and comply with legal or accounting obligations.
Non-essential analytics, including the 90-second engagement alert, or marketing technologies are not intended to load until consent is provided through the site's consent controls.

The engagement alert uses a random browser identifier converted into a rotating daily HMAC solely to enforce the once-per-day limit. That deduplication record expires after approximately 48 hours; the page, location, and device details are delivered in the push alert rather than added to the live-presence store.
